After recognizing the void of vending services at my child's school and understanding the immediate need for such amenities, I embarked on a journey to establish TCL Vending. The initial idea was to provide a sustainable solution to the short-term need for convenient, healthy snacks and beverages not only for student athletes but for the entire student body. As a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Psychology and the Wake Forest University School of Medicine with a background in Family and Community Medicine, my career transition from a medical practitioner to a stay-at-home mom paved the way for TCL Vending to come to life. What began as a response to a specific need evolved into a holistic project-based learning experience for my family, highlighting the importance of community support and innovation in addressing gaps in essential services. Through TCL Vending, I aim to continue fostering accessible and beneficial vending solutions for schools and beyond, rooted in the ethos of enhancing well-being and convenience.
